Design TOS

-Designs may be updated/redesigned upon purchase so long as the original designer is credited.-Design must be credited wherever it is kept/posted.-Designs may NOT be resold for more than they were sold for. This applies to resales, once it's sold for lower it must stay there.-If a design was recieved for free you may trade/gift it, it cannot be sold.-First buyback/trade back is a courtesy, not a right. Blacklists or first buyback TOS don't apply to my designs. No one is required to follow a blacklist once they own a design through purchase/trade/gifting.-Designs may not be directly referenced or traced to create other designs.- Physical edits to the artwork itself without permission aren't allowed per copyright law.-No NFTs.-You may not push the art through an AI service. AI services are a massive product of art theft and are absolutely not allowed!
